Housing
The housing secretary oversees day-to-day matters with regard to housing. In Hausjärvi, the housing secretary deals with issues derived from legislation governing matters closely linked with housing.
The municipality owns, through its subsidiary company, flats and houses that can be rented. Application forms are available from the service point Monikko.
Planning
The Planning engineer deals with all area planning activities. He holds maps and information on available building plots for housing as well as industrial sites. Information on land set aside for housing and availability can be found in the Finnish pages.
Building permissions and other related licences
The Buildings inspector conducts inspections on new and renovated buildings and grants building permissions. Contact details can be found in the Finnish pages.
